A: Alterations to jewellery at the time of sale are undertaken free of charge and to the highest standards of workmanship. Ring sizings take approximately 24 hours.

A: Mix mild liquid detergent with warm water and apply with a soft bristle brush, then rinse in fresh water and dry with a smooth cloth.  Avoid cleaning your jewellery in a sink, however if you do so remember to put the plug in.

A: Articles are accepted for exchange or a credit note if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days accompanied by a sales receipt.  Refunds are not given.
